You can view it with any web browser.From the author: It is not widely remembered that 10 June 1955, two men, Raymond Edward Fitzpatrick and Frank Browne, Courtenay, were imprisoned for three months on a vote of the House of Representatives condemned the Commonwealth because contempt of Parliament. Two parliamentary officials, Frank Green and Harry Evans, have the scientific attempts to explain this unusual event dominates. For the former, if the privilege largely reflects the animus of Prime Minister Menzies towards Browne and his desire for revenge. For the last question was a genuine case of contempt of court.
